College Community Group

(On Break for the Summer – Starts Back on August 24)
Looking for a place to discover more about who God is, learn how to dig into the Bible, and find friends who are running the same race as you? College Groups are for students who want to stay on track with Jesus and avoid getting swept up in the chaos of college life.
In these small weekly gatherings, you’ll find people who encourage, challenge, and support you in living out your purpose. College Groups are where you can be yourself, ask the big questions, and connect with people who’ve got your back.
First Four RUC
August 20 – 24, 2026
College Ministry kicks off with First Four, four days of events leading up to the first day of classes, on Thursday, August 20th through Sunday, August, 23rd. Then, we launch our weekly gatherings on Monday, August 24th through the rest of the semester.

City Project
Dates: Summer 2027
City Project is a two-week leadership development experience for college students who want to use their lives to advance God’s mission around the world. Our heart is to equip you to live with a “sent” mindset—whether that’s right here in the Roanoke Valley, across the country, or around the globe. Just as Jesus came for us and now sends us, we live to be sent, sharing His love wherever we go. Through City Project, you’ll find opportunities to serve locally, take a mission trip, and make an impact that lasts a lifetime.
